ServeNOLA!
Second Harvest Food Bank Canned Food Drive
While our monetary donations from our Easter offering will go a really long way, we have also worked with Second Harvest to set up a Food Bank Donation drive from Sunday April 19th through Sunday May 17th.
Our goal is to collect 500 lbs by May 17th, and we believe we can shatter that goal. Roughly 1 meal = 1.2 pounds. Here is a list of Suggested Food Donations. - PDF or Online Link?
On the back corner of our property, we have set up our shed to be our collection location. It will be open each day and this come-at-your-convenience drop-off allows us to maintain social distancing guidelines. Whenever you make your next trip to replenish your essentials, would you consider grabbing a couple extra things for someone else who is in need in our region?
Second Harvest is also still in need of volunteers. If you are healthy and feel comfortable, volunteer with them to help feed families in need during this time. Click here to learn more and sign up.
At Vintage Church, we are passionate about serving our city!
We partner with multiple ministries and organizations in our city to serve and help meet the physical and spiritual needs in New Orleans. We encourage our people to serve on their own, with their family and friends, with their vGroups, and with our church at our ServeNOLA Days. Check out these ministries below and let us know how we can help you serve. Let’s live the Gospel, serve the city, and be the church together!
