About Me

I first visited New Orleans the week before Katrina and moved here from Knoxville, TN in 2007 for graduate school. Not long after I moved, I fell in love with the culture, music, food, atmosphere, and became one of the many post-Katrina transplants. I have been connected with Vintage Church since its beginning as a small vGroup. This church was one of the avenues through which God called me to serve in this city.

I live Uptown with Sarah, my high school sweetheart and wife. We are parents to Elizabeth, Paul, and Isaac. As a family we desire to be used by God to help rebuild this city, both physically and spiritually. The opportunity to serve as one of the pastors is one of my greatest joys. I also enjoy public transportation, new restaurants, live music, coffee shops, gelato, football, and exploring cities. I pray you would get connected into what Jesus is doing in and through our church family in NOLA.
