Rebirth
The word rebirth is defined as “the process of being born again.” This word has served as the inspirational drive for our city and people since August 29, 2005.
Since that day and the weeks, months, and years to follow, our city has been in the midst of a season of Rebirth. Buildings that were once damaged, destroyed or abandoned are being restored. Homes are being rebuilt. Neighborhoods are filling up with returning residents and newcomers. What was previously the fastest-shrinking city in America is now one of the fastest-growing. This is no doubt an important time in the history of our city. We believe that the Church plays a major role in this process, with both the physical revitalization and the spiritual rebirth of the people in this place.
Are you ready to change the world?
