Story
The Bible is the all time best-seller. No other book has sold more copies. Yet many Bibles sit on our shelves and are never read. Many of us know children’s stories from the Bible, but we do not know the overarching Story of the Bible. Many of us do not know even how to read the Bible or where to begin. We wonder what the importance of books like Habakkuk or Jude are. The reality is that the Bible is the most important book we could ever read. Because the Bible story is important, Vintage Church will be taking all of 2013 to uncover its Story. The entire year will be spent uncovering and learning the importance of the Bible, the story of the Bible, and the God who gave us the Bible. From our community groups to our weekend gatherings, we will learn about God’s Story, and ultimately our Story. And as we uncover this Story, prepare to dig deep into the pages of the Bible, uncover the incredible Story, and ultimately fall deeper in love with its author and storyteller, God.
