A Thank You Letter from Light of Hope Ministry

As a church we are passionate about Gospel Multiplication. We multiply the Gospel through individuals, community groups, and gatherings throughout New Orleans and the world. During the month of December our church family collected blankets, socks, gloves, and other clothes to be given out by Light of Hope Ministry. This ministry was birthed from one of our community groups. Your generous giving changes lives!  Here is a message of Thanks from them:

We want to take this opportunity to thank our Vintage Family for their kind and loving hearts these past weeks. We were able to help a lot of our friends on the streets of New Orleans to endure the cold weather because of many of you. The Vintage Family stepped up to be the Church and believe me when I say that your generous hearts were felt on the streets by many people looking for someone to show them the love of Jesus.

Light of Hope will continue to serve God on the streets of New Orleans and your prayers would be appreciated. Also, if God puts it on your heart to become involved with Light of Hope we would welcome you with open arms. Also, if you still want to donate we would gladly accept.

The group make sack lunches each Saturday morning, meet at our Metairie facility at 11am Saturday and carpool together to share food, hope, peace, and prayer with the homeless in our city. Their Facebook is Light of Hope Ministry.
