We are three months away from wrapping up our MORE Initiative. Over these last two years, we have seen God provide MORE resource for our church, MORE environments for our city, and MORE Impact for our world. We had a blast at our 2nd annual vGroups Party as our groups brought some amazing food, we played some fun games, and people were able to connect in with our vGroups.

Our vkids gathered for an awesome afternoon of water, paint, and slime as they learned what it means to be washed clean by Jesus.

We had a great weekend focusing on the death and resurrection of Jesus. We gathered on Good Friday for a time of reflection, prayer, and worship. Then we celebrated on Easter Sunday with an amazing time of music, preaching, baptism, and a vkids Easter egg hunt.

We gathered for our 3rd annual A Vintage Christmas on Wednesday, December 21. We had a great evening as we gathered to worship. Some highlights from the night include our vkids choir joining our Music Arts Team for a song, a vkids PJs and movie party, and having Roman Harper of the New Orleans Saints join us and share about his faith, family, and football. As we gathered on Sunday, December 4, we focused on generosity. We looked specifically at 2016 year-end gift, filling out a 2017 intention card, and serving our city by putting together generosity bags for the homeless population.

We had the pleasure to ordain and send off Josh and Sarah Cook to Denver, CO to become the 5th church plant of our Gx Network. Josh and Sarah were a part of Vintage for several years, serving in different capacities. Most recently, Josh served as our vkids Director and really helped cast a long-term mission and vision for vkids.

We united for CHANGED at the Civic Theatre downtown to celebrate life change and proclaim the gospel. We celebrated life change through the baptism of 7 people!

We had a blast with our community and church family at our first ever Back-to-School Bash. We had some great food trucks (Dat Dog, District donuts.sliders.brew., Grilling Shilling, and Kenny's Cajun & Creole), Plum Street Snoballs, awesome games, bounce houses from BooKoo Bounce, and watched Disney's Zootopia.
